Type regedit and press Enter
On the left pane, find this folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\StickyKeys

Double click it and change its value to 506.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\Keyboard Response key in the left pane.
Locate Flags in the right pane, double click it and change the value to 122
Again, on the left pane, find the folder: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Accessibility\ToggleKeys folder
Go to the right pane, and find Flags, and then change its value to 58.
Close the Registry Editor
Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
