1. Turn off Netflix app
Several users reported that this issue is possibly caused by the Netflix app.
Alternatively, update the Netflix app to the latest version and check if that helps.

2. Check your Ethernet cable and power supply
Few users reported that they had issues with CAT5 Ethernet cable, but after switching to the CAT6 Ethernet cable, the issue was resolved.
3. Enter Sleep Mode manually
If the previous solutions didn’t work for you, we suggest entering the sleep mode manually as a workaround.
To do that, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the Home button on your remote for three seconds.
- Now select Sleep from the Quick Access menu.
- After doing that, your device will enter into sleep mode.
Note: This is just a workaround, but you’ll have to use it until you find a working solution.
