1. Remove the entire Windows Live Mail

On Windows Explorer navigate to: AppDataLocalMicrosoft
Remove Windows Live Mail

2. Manage daylight saving time configuration

Press Start
Go to Control Panel
Select Clock, Language, and Region.
Click Date and Time
